UNRWA'S FLAGE OF SHAME
THE CURRENT WAR IN GAZA IS A STORY OF HOW GOOD INTENTIONS GO TO HELL
THIS IS A JOINT IDF AND ISA ANNOUNCEMENT OF SIGNIFICANT HAMAS INTELLIGENCE ASSETS FOUND IN TUNNEL DIRECTLY UNDER UNRWA’S MAIN GAZA HEADQUARTERS AND OF HAMAS WEAPONS FOUND IN THOSE UNRWA HEADQUARTERS
"Over the last two weeks, IDF and ISA forces have been conducting a division-level targeted raid on terror targets in northern and central Gaza in the areas of Shati and Tel al-Hawa. Approximately 120 Hamas terrorists were killed and 20 terrorist infrastructure sites destroyed in the operation.
Following ISA intelligence, the forces arrived at a tunnel shaft near an UNRWA school. The shaft led to an underground terror tunnel that passed directly under UNRWA's MAIN HEADQUARTERS in the Gaza Strip. The tunnel was 700 meters long and 18 meters deep and contained several blast doors.
A wide and substantial variety of Hamas’ military intelligence assets were found, including a top secret subterranean data center and server farm used by the terror group for intelligence and communications, complete with an electrical room and living quarters for the Hamas IT staff, all built directly below the UN agency’s MAIN GAZA CITY HEADQUARTERS to ensure that Israel would never find or target it.
Following these findings and based on preliminary ISA intelligence, the forces conducted a targeted raid on UNRWA’s MAIN CENTRAL HEADQUARTERS, which contains offices for various humanitarian and international organizations. It was established that the electrical infrastructure for the whole Hamas tunnel and data center beneath was directly supplied by electricity provided by UNRWA through electrical cabling running directly down from the UNRWA complex into the tunnel below. Large quantities of Hamas weapons were also found inside the rooms and offices of the UNRWA HEADQUARTERS, including rifles, ammunition, grenades and explosives; as well as Hamas intelligence and documents. These prove that the UNRWA offices were used by the Hamas terrorists.
The tunnel was destroyed during the operation and the server farm was seized which will severely weaken Hamas' intelligence capabilities. The newly-found intelligence will allow the forces to operate against additional Hamas targets.

MY COMMENTARY:
In 1998, 60 countries signed the Rome Statute after it was opened for signature by the United Nations. The Statute laid the foundation for the establishment of the International Criminal Court in 2002. Its purpose was/is to investigate and prosecute cases, against countries, such as accusations of genocide.
What a wonderful idea! Finally, we have reached such a high level of civilisation that we can hold entire countries accountable for their behaviour, as countries per se. It is a tragedy and a travesty that the same law cannot be used to prosecute a large group of terrorists who occupy and run a country, simply because they say that they are not a country.
One wonders how it would go down for the President of Israel to fire, dismiss and close down the Israeli army, and let them reconsititute themselves as a large group of Freedom Fighters for Israel under a modified flag and altered regalia? - They could then go back into Gaza and commit the most horrendous acts of brutality imaginable - including, perhaps, conducting Nazi-type medical experiments and feeding the corpses of the sick and dying to the living (Halaal, of course). - with no consequences for the state of israel, per se- because the freedom fighters are not the state!
All legal systems have a law that says that you can't be a judge in your own cause. Now, here we have a court constituted under the auspices of the United Nations, trying a country for the crime of genocide, because the accused is fighting a group of terrorists who are supported by the United Nations. And this court, which has just been exposed as being a party to the fight, pretends that it can give a "fair and impartial" judgement in the matter.
I wonder whether israel could now say that they feel justified in ignoring the International Criminal Court and ANY ruling that it might make in light of UN and UNRWA complicity in the terrorism of barbarians such as HAMAS.
